How do I fix "An unknown sync error has occurred" in Snap

If you are using Snap and get an error that states "An unknown sync error has occurred", this usually has to do with the network connection. 

  • First, make sure you are connected to the Internet.  The easiest way you can do this is by opening your web browser and go to a website that you typically don't visit then see if it loads.  If your Internet connection is down, try syncing later after the connection has been restored.

  • If neither of the two options above resolve the issue, try saving the page set to your hard drive and then upload the page set to mytobiidynavox.
